Home to the best rowers in the world! Around 10 km from Napier and Hastings, Clive is the residence of the Hawke's Bay Rowing Club and is close to the mouth of the Ngaruroro River. The Rowing Regatta, held on the first weekend of the year, is a must-see!

Flowerland and Blokkers are probably some of the best flower shops in the area, and there's also a great pub at the corner at the Clive Hotel, which is always bustling, plus a popular fruit and veg shop on the main road.
