Proud to be in
Alexandra

Welcome to

Alexandra is the heart of Central Otago! Situated at the junction of State Highway 8 and State Highway 85, Alexandra is known as the hottest, driest and coldest town in New Zealand.

It's because of those extremes that it's a popular destination for national and international visitors. Whether it be during the heat of summer or the cold, crisp winter days, Alexandra has four distinct seasons and is a unique place to visit at any time of the year.

Trout as big as whales and rabbits the size of Kangaroos - man, what a place! Alexandra is also proud to be home to some of New Zealand's most famous names - Sam Neil for one and, of course, the team at Property Brokers- experts in everything property.

Now famous for cherries, apricots, apples, pinot noir, sheep, cattle, crops (of the legal type only), not to mention the outside activities, including bike trails (including the recent Cromwell to Clyde trail, which follows the lake and requires a bit of fitness), water sports and boating, 4wd tracks and more!

Relax and enjoy the long summer nights, with a wine or a beer and of course the people- is there a better place?

Alexandra is a big part of our Property Brokers Country; our experienced realtors have solid roots here and are proud to be here to serve the town; please call in anytime.
