Based in the Waikato, David is a rural and lifestyle real estate specialist. David joined the Property Brokers team in the Waikato 5 years ago and has sold in excess of 100 million dollar's worth of real estate in that time. Prior to joining Property Brokers, David began his real estate career based in Tirau and specialising in Rural sales.
David has always worked in the agriculture sector. He started working as a farm consultant in 2000, specialising in dairy cow nutrition and over the following years he moved his focus to farm financial analysis. From 2010, David began working for corporate agricultural interests, overseeing large scale dairy farming businesses and managing large numbers of staff. David has spent time in both management and governance roles.
David prides himself in having great market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, along with regular communication and honest feedback so his clients can make informed decisions and achieve the best possible results.
