Information on how to enter and details of the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this promotion, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
Entry is open to New Zealand property owners in any provincial location where Property Brokers operates (see locations at https://www.propertybrokers.co.nz/contact), who meet the requirements set out below (“Eligible Entrants”). Eligible Entrants must book and complete a free on-site property or rental appraisal with Property Brokers during the Promotional Period. The Promoter is Property Brokers Limited (“Promoter”), with its head office at 240 Broadway Avenue, Palmerston North Central, Palmerston North. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members (including spouses, partners, parents, children, and siblings) of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
To enter, Eligible Entrants must book a free on-site property or rental appraisal in a qualifying location during the Promotional Period. The on-site appraisal must be conducted by a registered Property Brokers salesperson before the campaign end date. Cancelled or incomplete appraisals are ineligible. No purchase is necessary to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw a prize if a winner cannot be contacted within five business days, is found to be ineligible, or has breached these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final. The Promoter may extend, amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion and these Terms and Conditions at any time, provided this does not unfairly disadvantage entrants. If any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, a substitute prize of equal or greater value may be offered. The Promoter is not liable for any technical issues, delays, or other problems that prevent an entry from being received. Entry into the Prize Draw is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
One entry is awarded per completed on-site sales or rental appraisal per Eligible Entrant: Listing for Sale: Listing a property for sale with Property Brokers during the Promotional Period earns two additional entries (doubling your chances). Where both (a) and (b) apply, entries are awarded cumulatively. Entry Summary: Get an on-site appraisal and you’re in the draw. Go on to list with Property Brokers, and you’ll double your chances. Trusts and business entities are not eligible to enter.
Promotional Period: The promotion runs from 9:00 am Friday, 1 May 2026, to 11:59 pm Friday, 31 July 2026. Regional Finalist Selection: One regional finalist from each Property Brokers region will be selected on or around Friday, 7 August 2026, and will be contacted within five business days.

All regional finalists will go into a final random prize draw held via online video conference after regional finalist notification, on a date agreed with the finalists. Each finalist (or a nominated representative) must attend their nearest Property Brokers branch for the prize draw. The prize draw will be filmed, and all finalists consent to their image and voice being used for promotional purposes in all media formats.
Supreme Prize: One grand prize of NZ$40,000 cash, awarded to a single supreme winner drawn from the 10 regional finalists. Regional Finalist Prizes: All 10 regional finalists will receive a prize. Details of regional finalist prizes will be confirmed and communicated to finalists prior to the draw. The total prize pool is valued at NZ$40,000 (supreme prize) plus the value of regional finalist prizes. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, except where stated otherwise or required by law. Acceptance of a prize is deemed consent for the Promoter to use the winner’s name, suburb, and image for promotional purposes, without further compensation, in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who provides false information, fails to meet eligibility requirements, or otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter collects personal information from entrants for the purpose of administering this promotion and contacting winners. This information may also be used for marketing communications, unless the entrant opts out. All personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy

Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986), the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with this promotion.The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality or suitability of any prize beyond those required by law.
