About Karlene

Karlene Bhai brings to real estate a strong background in customer care, having successfully owned and operated two Cambridge businesses with her husband Jatin – The Clubhouse Sports Bar and Snap Fitness Lakewood. Through these ventures, Karlene built a reputation for her commitment, integrity, and genuine care for people – qualities she now applies to every real estate transaction. This is not Karlene’s first step into real estate. Over 20 years ago, she worked as a successful real estate salesperson in Auckland, where she discovered her passion for property and helping people achieve their goals. After moving to Cambridge, which she is proud to now call home, Karlene is once again channelling her energy and expertise into real estate. With deep local knowledge, a wide network of contacts, and strong community ties through the bar, gym, and her two boys who grew up and went to school in Cambridge, Karlene has a genuine presence and connection across the community. She understands that every client, whether vendor or purchaser, has different needs and goals, and she prides herself on guiding people of all ages and stages through a smooth, well-managed, and successful real estate journey. Outside of real estate, Karlene enjoys time with her family, supporting the Warriors at One Media Stadium, browsing the local markets, or catching up with friends over coffee at one of Cambridge’s local cafés.
