Evan’s interest in the real estate sector has stemmed from his own personal journey in property investment, having purchased his first property aged 21 as a struggling University student. Some years later now; having taken advantage of capital growth for re-investment and sacrificing some of life’s luxuries he has built himself a small but modest property portfolio extending through both Australia and New Zealand.
