Erin has lived in South Wairarapa for the last 12 years, including 10 years in Featherston, Erin was also brought up in a small rural community so she is acutely aware of the particular needs of a service town and its population. This awareness has been further reinforced by her experience of running businesses in the area with her partner. One of the by-products of these enterprises is that she has gathered a large data-base of clients and through them learnt that what the public really value is for a service to meet or even surpass expectations. This has always been a priority in Erin’s work and something she continues to strive towards. Erin has a passion for homes, gardens, furnishings and interior designs. It’s through this interest that she’s developed an eye for effectively presenting a house for sale, whether it be to show the property in the best possible light for the seller, or to allow the buyer to see the potential of the house and what they could do to put their stamp on it. She also has the kind of enthusiastic energy that allows her to go that extra mile to help her clients to buy or sell a house. One of the biggest rewards in this work is helping people to realise their dreams whether it be a modest first home or a larger family property. Erin believes her zeal and integrity can transform what for most is a challenging experience into an exciting and life-changing adventure.
