About Charlie

I started out in real estate back in 2004, after spending the first 25 years of my working career in telecommunications, and spent the next 15 years chasing my tail in the real estate game, before moving into full time management and consultancy. Working on the West Coast was interesting to say the least - I gained experience in all facets of real estate, property management and running the business, as a shareholder/director of Buller Real Estate. The numbers involved working in an isolated area were hard for some to understand but gave me a quick grounding in multiple client management. It wasn't unusual to have upwards of 200 listings on the books with a very active economy based around the mines and balancing this was the countries lowest capital values, meaning we had to be very busy to make any money - but it was all worth it as I got to meet some of the best people life has to offer. I'm now out of the sales game all together and enjoying helping the next generation make their mark on this exciting industry. I'm still available for advice and as you all know love to talk to anyone.
