The REINZ Awards for Excellence – the real estate profession's annual national awards evening, were decidedly different this year, with everything taking place virtually due to the latest lockdown. Despite not being there in person, the ambience remained electric as Property Brokers were announced as winners of three awards and finalists in a further ten categories.
"I'm so proud of our team. They're out there every day going over and above to deliver the service we think our clients deserve," says, Property Brokers Managing Director Guy Mordaunt.
Continuing, "The PB family wake up every day and strive to do the little things that make a difference, so to be recognised at the top of the industry, well, that's an incredible feeling."
The 2021 REINZ Awards saw Property Brokers Whanganui walk away with the Medium Residential Office of the Year – Volume Award for the fifth consecutive year. Property Brokers had won this award for the sixth time overall.
Property Brokers Westport was announced as the overall winner of the Small Residential Office of the Year - Volume Award.
And Property Brokers Palmerston North took out the top spot as the Large Residential Property Management Office of the Year.
Jen Baird, Chief Executive at REINZ, says: "Congratulations to all our finalists and winners on your achievements - you should all be extremely proud of everything you have accomplished over the awards period. Every year we see such a high calibre of entries coming through, and this year was no exception, even with the changing landscape of the real estate profession in response to COVID-19.
"We are so pleased that we were able to come together virtually to celebrate the success of real estate professionals from across the country. Thank you to all our finalists and winners for continuing to raise the bar for the real estate profession," concludes Baird.
"We're fiercely proud to have a standard of service deserving of recognition. It was incredibly special to have the wider Property Brokers team stand alongside our nominees and celebrate success together this year. We applaud our driven and committed Property Brokers team – these awards belong to all of us," says, Guy.
