As we wrap up our first year of operations in Whanganui following last year's RFS Fire & Building Compliance acquisition, Property Brokers Compliance (PBC) is excited to announce some significant changes to the Whanganui business.
After years of dedicated service, Mark Wilburn has stepped down as Branch Manager, effective the 1st of November 2024. We sincerely thank Mark for his commitment and significant contributions during his tenure, and we wish him the best in his future endeavors.
With that in mind, we are pleased to announce that John Sherwood has been appointed the new Branch Manager for PBC Whanganui, effective from the 9th of December. John comes to us from the Whanganui District Council, where he has expertly managed building compliance for the past decade. His extensive experience and knowledge in the field make him an excellent addition to our team.

Also, from the Whanganui District Council, we welcome Chris Fromont as our Senior Building Compliance Inspector to the team. Both John and Chris bring a wealth of knowledge to the broader business and will only improve our compliance delivery to our clients.
We're also excited to welcome back to the team Project Manager / Designer, Jerwin Mendoza, who is a valuable asset to the team and can jump straight in where he left off.
