Snee commenced his role with Property Brokers on April 1, 2019 and is based at the Hastings branch.
Born and bred in Hawke’s Bay, Snee has gone on to build a career in sales and relationship management.
“I want to come back and contribute to the Hawke’s Bay region,” says Snee.
“When the opportunity arose to work for a company that is truly provincial New Zealand and heavily involved in the community, I thought it was a great fit for my skill set and what I was looking for.”

Snee stated, “I fiercely believe if you put your customer at the heart of everything you do, over time you will deliver the best commercial outcomes for everyone. So, moving into property, although the product changes, the behaviours and values remain the same.”
Previously, Snee was the General Manager Licensed for Coca Cola Amatil in Auckland. Snee managed a broad team of commercial managers, national field sales, national key accounts, trade marketing, strategy and branding.“
Joe is highly experienced in managing sales teams and he will bring many transferable skills to Property Brokers”, says Highet.
Snee has moved back to Hawke’s Bay with his family and is excited they will “experience the amazing childhood I myself had” in the region.
