After almost 10 years off the market, Gardner Court Motel re-emerges as a genuine hidden gem, now seeking its next proud operator. With 18 years remaining on the lease, this well-established business offers both security and opportunity. Significant refurbishment work has already been completed by the current lessee - a professional decorator - resulting in beautifully presented, high-quality accommodation throughout. The motel features 12 well-appointed units, comprising a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments. Standout among them is the Rawhiti Suite, showcasing a striking Art Deco finish and serving as a true centrepiece of the property. All units include full kitchen facilities, enhancing guest appeal for both short and longer stays. Owner-operators will appreciate the spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom owners' residence, which have also been refurbished to a high standard, providing a comfortable retreat away from daily operations. This is seamlessly connected to a cosy reception area, making guest management both practical and efficient. Guest amenities add further appeal, including a swimming pool for summer enjoyment, a guest laundry, and a charming selection of fruit and herb trees - there is even a banana tree, adding a unique touch! Positioned on a quiet Crescent just off Kennedy Road, the location offers the perfect balance of peace and accessibility. Guests can enjoy easy connections to Napier CBD and major arterial routes including SH2, SH50, and SH51. Popular local attractions such as Nelson Park Cricket Ground and McLean Park are just a short stroll away. This is an outstanding opportunity for a professional individual or couple ready to take a well-presented business and elevate it to the next level.
