Terms and Conditions


  • Offer applies to new advertising campaigns only.
  • The entire campaign must be for the same property.
  • Property must be listed exclusively with Property Brokers under the 90-day sole agency. The property must be taken to market by the campaign end date.
  • Marketing packages are available from the 1st of September through to the 31st of October 2022.
  • All items to be booked and placed before 31st of October 2022, unless otherwise advised by your salesperson.
  • Marketing packages vary depending on region/city/town. Please consult your local office for details of each available marketing package.  
  • The laws of New Zealand govern these Terms and Conditions.
