With nearly two decades in the real estate industry, including the past ten years working alongside Matt, Vicki is an integral part of Matt's team. Named the 2025 REINZ Personal Assistant of the Year, Vicki is known for her exceptional organisation, strong systems and genuine care for people. Working in a fast-paced and demanding role, she balances supporting Matt along with being a mum to three sporty boys and is an active contributor to the local community.
