About Vicki
For over 15 years Vicki worked for the Matamata-Piako District Council managing senior persons housing, community halls, leases, licences and providing general management of the council’s assets. She moved on to pursue her previous career as owner of a local café but is delighted to have now taken the opportunity to return to Property Management.
Vicki brings many excellent skills and attributes to the role, including tenancy management, procurement and account management, and project management for maintenance and renewals, as well as providing information and advice on regulatory requirements and contractor engagement.
Working in Property Management is her passion, and matching an owner’s needs with quality tenants is at the core of her role. Fitting the right tenant to the right property ensures security for both owner and tenant and reduces the chance of any possible stressful situation, making renting a much more enjoyable experience for both parties.
When Vicki isn't busy making her clients’ lives easier and connecting with people, you will find her baking some delicious morsel to fuel the soul.
