About Steve
I am born and bred in Otago. I grew up on a large intergenerational family farm near Dunedin and have spent much of my working life in the agricultural sector. I own and operate Makarara Station an award-winning sheep and beef farm and more recently founded my own consultancy business, working with clients across Otago.
This background has given me a practical understanding of our region, a strong work ethic and the ability to understand what a property is capable of both physically and financially.
Today, I work across residential, lifestyle and rural property markets. I provide clear communication, honest advice, and a calm solution-focused approach to every client. I understand that property is more than just a transaction. It is a significant life decision and having someone you can trust to guide you through the process is essential. I am committed to delivering a high standard of service with a strong focus on achieving the best possible result for my clients, whether they are selling or buying a family home, a lifestyle block, or a rural property.
Outside of work, I value spending time with my young family. I enjoy getting outdoors when I can and staying actively involved in local groups and community initiatives. I am proud to be living in the Otago region and enjoy what it has to offer.
