About Shona
Shona brings a fresh approach...
After living, studying, working in several different industries and raising a family in Auckland for most of her life, Shona completed her formal education there with a BA in Sociology. A lifetime interest in learning led to real estate training in Dunedin in January 2007, followed by a Certificate in Real Estate shortly after. Marketing and selling property in Dunedin and surrounding towns quickly became a passion and a successful pursuit. Fast forward 15 years, an interest in heritage buildings and a love of villas brought Shona to Oamaru. Joining the team at Property Brokers in 2022 was the next step. Shona brings a fresh approach to selling real estate, and her life and work experience have provided valuable skills in dealing with people of all ages and stages of life. Having renovated and sold several homes across the country, subdivided sections; being both a tenant and a landlord; and running her own business, Shona has the knowledge and understanding to provide buyers and sellers with a seamless experience. Clients have become friends, which is a testament to the level of service and communication they have enjoyed.
