Originally from India, Shankar moved to New Plymouth with his wife and has since built a
beautiful life here, blessed with two daughters.
He holds a Master's degree in Yoga Science and comes from a professional healthcare
background. This foundation has shaped his commitment to care, integrity, and outstanding
customer service in the real estate industry.
Real estate is more than a career—it's Shankar’s passion. With deep roots in property through
his family’s construction business in India (run by his father and grandfather), understanding
homes and land comes naturally to him. He has also pursued formal real estate education to
bring professional insight to every transaction.
Now part of the Property Brokers family, Shankar works alongside a dedicated team to help

Outside of work, Shankar is active in the community, enjoying volunteering, yoga,
