About Robert
Rob started in the Real-Estate industry in 1992 attending Lincoln College graduating with a degree in Valuation.
Rolls in Timaru in the Valuation department “now QV”, then over sees as a property manager at the Ashburton District Council amounted then to becoming branch manager of Real-Estate at Wrightson’s in 1995.
This career span 10 years and involved numerous transactions involved in farmland and particularly subdivisions in the greater Canterbury area as an advisor and valuer to contractors and developers.
Since the merger with Farmlands and Property Brokers Real-Estate Rob has been engaged at the Ashburton branch and fulfills valuation work and Real-Estate specialising in subdivisions and effecting a positive outcome for the clients, which results in a clear title in as less time as possible. This keeps the financing and other arrangements to a minimum and allows vendors and purchasers to realise their dreams with regard to their real-estate sales.
Rob is supported by a wife and three adult children residing at Lake Hood, Ashburton.
