I arrived into Karamea on a Sunday and Paul Murray come straight out to the house I was looking at, I didn’t buy that place but he had a 2nd property to look at which I loved and bought, Paul took 4 or 5 hours out of his Sunday to give me a guided tour of the whole town, his local knowledge and friendly manner were above and beyond what most would consider normal If there was a higher rating for Paul I would surely give it to him…… thanks

It took Paul almost three years to sell my property and I had to drop the price three times to get the sale across the line, but he never gave up and got there eventually. I commend his tenaciousness, diligence and sense of humour, his work ethic, and his ability to keep a straight face while cheerfully telling me, “This is the year!” for the third year in a row. Oh, and he a pretty good-looking Rooster as well...if charm and good looks could sell property, Paul would’ve closed the deal in a week. Unfortunately, buyers seem to be immune to his roguish grin. Nothing I can think of agent I worked with in Karamea went above and beyond and was a pleasure to work with.. agents in Westport not so much.. otherwise would have been a 10.
