About Nicky
Nicky joined Property Brokers Te Awamutu in 2021 as its Property Manager. She is 100% local and
proud of that, having spent her early childhood in Wharepuhunga, then moving into Te Awamutu.
Both her parents’ families have been in the area for over a century and she is married to a local! After
leaving Te Awamutu College she worked for local and Hamilton law firms before attending Waikato
University to study law. Post graduation, Nicky returned to Te Awamutu and worked in private practice
before working for many years for a tertiary education institution in property and human resources.
After taking a break, she worked in Cambridge as a property manager and then began a career change
working for a licensed immigration adviser until the Covid lockdowns of 2020.
2 ½ years later, she still loves working for Property Brokers.
