Hi, I’m Mel Tait-Middleditch, your local Property Manager.
After 19 years in the education sector, leading teams and mentoring colleagues, I’ve transitioned into property management, a field that perfectly aligns with my passion for working with people and my genuine interest in property.
I pride myself on being organised, approachable, and an excellent communicator. Whether you're a landlord or a tenant, I’m here to make your experience smooth, respectful, and well-supported.
Outside of work, I live semi-rurally with my husband and two teenage children. We love spending time outdoors, making the most of the beautiful beaches, rivers, and lakes that surround us.
