Born and bred in Taranaki, a dairy farmer's daughter, Megan continues her grass roots up bringing residing on a lifestyle block in Omata, relishing rural life, her grown family and 2 grandchildren.
Megan’s years of experience focused on service, with a life lived in high-pressure roles including emergency department nursing, front-line paramedic, care agency founder and director, rescue helicopter down wire medic, and as a search and rescue volunteer. Megan’s commitment to community service continues where she currently volunteers for the local Emergency Management Office during times of adversity, supporting the team in responses, promoting strong resilient communities, and advocating for community preparedness.
Megan has built a career centered on core principles: serve people when it matters most. From critical care environments to searching for and recovering missing persons in extreme conditions, Megan’s strategic mindset, personalised interactions and effective communication has built a professional foundation with extensive local knowledge, forged in moments where trust, clarity, and human connection were non-negotiable.
That same “people first” mindset now drives Megan’s approach to real estate. Transitioning from rescue to real estate wasn't a departure from purpose – it was an evolution of it.
