About Martin
After owning rental properties for many years, I understand the finer points of tenant relations, the importance of preventative maintenance, and the value of the capital investment.
Before becoming a property manager, I worked in a range of operational positions, including Alliance Group Dunedin plant operations manager, Fisher and Paykel team leader, and a Cadbury’s line operator.
These positions set me up well to manage both people and plant – in the case of a rental property, your tenants, and your rental investment.
