Property Manager for two consecutive years. Now transitioning her skills into her role as a
Licensed Personal Assistant, Maria brings a rare depth of compliance knowledge and
hands-on industry experience to the team.
Backed by 13 years of customer service experience including her time at ANZ Bank and 14
years as an active property investor, Maria possesses a unique, 360-degree understanding
of the property market. Fully licensed and exceptionally detail-oriented, she has the precision
and industry expertise required to keep operations running seamlessly behind the scenes
while providing support to clients.
Outside of the office, Maria loves making the most of Gisborne’s lifestyle—whether she’s out
