About Liz
Liz has been immersed in property from the very start of her working life, joining a brokerage straight from school and building a deep understanding of investment, financial planning, and what it really means to protect and grow an asset over time.
That foundation took her into property management, where she worked across both Hamilton and Canterbury before moving into the prop-tech sector. The result is a perspective most BDMs simply don't have; she understands property from every angle, whether that's the day-to-day reality of managing a tenancy or the longer-term strategy behind a growing portfolio.
What sets Liz apart is how she works with people. She's someone who'd rather meet you for a coffee than send an email. She listens first, asks the right questions, and takes the time to understand what's actually going on before jumping to solutions. Owners consistently say they feel heard, not processed.
Now based in Canterbury as Regional BDM for Property Brokers, Liz is out across the region connecting with owners, solving problems, and making sure the people she works with have exactly the right support behind them.
Outside of work, she's a proud mum and wife who loves everything Canterbury has to offer. The people, the place and the community she's made her home.
