About Lani
As a proud local of Te Awamutu, I’m excited to bring a fresh perspective to Property Management, with a strong focus on building genuine relationships with both landlords and tenants to ensure efficient, well-maintained properties.
I bring with me a wealth of local knowledge and strong interpersonal skills, developed through my time working in various hospitality roles throughout the Waipa. You might even recognise me from around town!
Most recently, I’ve gained valuable experience in the mental health and social sectors, spending the last 3 years supporting people from all walks of life as they navigated complex challenges. This work has strengthened my communication and problem-solving skills, which I’m proud to bring to my property management role.
