About Lance
With more than 30 years of experience running Property Development sales and marketing teams for Auckland and New Zealand development company projects, Lance has worked with companies including Safari Group, Fletcher Living, McLeod Group, Conrad Properties, McConnell Property and Classic Homes.
He also brings 10 years of experience in project marketing medium and high-rise development towers and residential Master Plan communities in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
Lance is well-versed in controlling all facets of the sales and marketing process as a result of extensive experience in marketing major development projects in New Zealand, Australia, Asia and South East Asia
