Over a successful 25-year career in the industrial gases sector, Kevin built extensive experience across operations, logistics, sales, and management roles with industry-leading companies including BOC, Supagas, and Coregas.
In 2017, Kevin and his wife Tracey relocated to Gisborne after purchasing Dive & Gas Ltd, a well-established local business with a loyal customer base spanning the wider Tairāwhiti region. Through strong community connections, exceptional customer service, and a hands-on approach, they grew the business from strength to strength despite the significant challenges brought by both COVID-19 and Cyclone Gabrielle — experiences that further reinforced the resilience, adaptability, and strong community support at the heart of the business.
In 2025, they sold the business to pursue a new challenge, with real estate proving a natural next step for Kevin. Drawing on his extensive business background, practical problem-solving skills, and passion for working with people, he brings a grounded and genuine approach to the residential property market. Having owned and grown a local business himself, he understands the value of hard work, trust and communication, and backing decisions with real-world knowledge rather than empty promises.
