I am the former center manager of Beststart Foxton Beach Kindy where Jane was our wonderful centre administrator. She was the front-line person for all of our families and took this role very seriously. I worked very closely with Jane for over five years and she was a fantastic representative of our centre and national company. Jane had many roles within the centre such as Payroll, accounts, liaising with outside agencies and would complete all of her tasks to a very high standard. Jane possesses the ultimate "can do" attitude while taking on all tasks with a positive energy and a smile. Jane excelled in this role, seeing many policy changes and system changes along the way. This was seen as an exciting challenge to her role, never a hassle. This told me that Jane was flexible and capable of implementing new ideas enthusiastically.
