About Jaiy
Jaiy comes from humble beginnings in India. He migrated to New Zealand in 2013 with his wife and
since then he has established a strong connection and involvement within the community and is
proud to call the Kapiti Coast his home.
Jaiy is a motivated and passionate real estate professional with a keen interest in helping clients find
their dream homes. Real estate is my passion.
Jaiy has an extensive professional background in Customer Service and Management, including as
Regional Manager of a large chain in the Oil industry. His interest in real estate began with his struggle
in the quest for a home. Jaiy has a very good understanding of Property Law, Contracts, Finance,
negotiation and customer service.
Jaiy speaks multiple languages, making him multilingual. He is fluent in English, Hindi, Gujarati, and
Punjabi.
Jaiy is committed to providing his clients with exceptional service and support, and he understands
the importance of listening carefully to their needs and preferences. He is eager to help first-time
homebuyers navigate the complexities of the real estate market and make informed decisions about
their investments.
In his free time, Jaiy enjoys hiking, reading, playing cricket, and exploring new neighbourhoods in his
