With deep roots in New Zealand's rural heartland, Fraser brings a genuine understanding of the land, lifestyle and people that make our rural communities unique. As a dedicated rural real estate professional, Fraser specialises in the sales and acquisitions of farms, lifestyle properties, grazing blocks, horticultural operations and forestry investments across Otago.
Fraser grew up on a farm, had a first job as a shepherd, graduated to farm manager roles and eventually becoming a farm owner. Fraser has maintained close ties to the agricultural sector and understands the complexities and emotional investment involved in rural property transactions. He understands the sweat, toil and tears that go into creating your business. Fraser's clients will appreciate his honest, down-to-earth approach, strong sales and negotiation skills and commitment to achieving results that reflect the true value of their property.
Fraser, Brenda and their family live on a lifestyle block on the Taieri. He is an active member of his community and balances his professional life and family time with running a large Perendale stud and sits on a National Sheep Breeders Council. He also enjoys fishing, hunting, cricket, rugby, hockey and anything farming.
