I come with a strong Wairoa rural background with 30 years farming in this district. Going into real estate now is based on the company values of property brokers and the team behind the brand. The company is NZ family owned and lives up the motto ‘proud to be here’.
It has the feel of the old-style stock and station companies we used to enjoy here in the Wairoa district. Integrity, national back-office support and rural sales network’s right throughout the provinces makes a big difference when getting the best result for property vendors.
I enjoy people and look forward to getting great results for vendors and purchasers alike. I have worked on many of our farms as both shepherd and shearer and understand the sweat and toil that has gone into creating our Wairoa farming land. My knowledge of the district and the needs of our farmers stands me in good stead to understand farms and lifestyle blocks for sale and explore all options to transact a sale.
My big advantage is I am a local; local views, knowledge and understanding puts me in a position that outside based agents don’t necessarily have.
