About Ella
I got my start in the property management industry back in 2020 in Wellington, beginning as an Administrative Specialist and Viewing Agent. That role gave me great insight into the day-to-day operations of running rental properties and quickly sparked my interest in the industry. Before long, I was offered a full-time Property Manager position, where I built a strong foundation and developed my passion for working in rentals.
In 2023, I realized I wanted to take my skill set internationally to further develop myself in the industry, which then led to my move to Manchester. I began my work in Manchester as a consultant, specializing in maintenance and tenancy terminations, helping clients improve their processes and manage complex and delicate situations effectively. After a year of my consultancy work, I then moved on to the build-to-rent sector in investment property. In this, I stepped into a role as a Resident Manager overseeing high-end properties and working closely with premium clientele.
After 3 years working in the UK, I am excited to announce I am back home in New Zealand, working in my hometown of Palmerston North with the Property Brokers family as a property manager. In the management of my portfolio, I value strong communication and great relationships, and am focused on making the property management experience as smooth and stress-free as possible for both my landlords and tenants. Outside of my work, you can usually find me at Foxton Beach surfing every chance I get or at home watching the latest F1 race.
