Growing up on a sheep and beef farm in the King Country, Donald learnt from a young age the value of family, friends and community. Stemming from his hard-working family roots Donald prides himself on his work ethic which has proven many times to be the difference between him and others.
With a huge variety of experience in the service industry, both here and abroad, Donald knows the importance of true customer service. His desire to help others is one of his core values and is something that is very important to him in everything he does. Donald’s previous experience working in Hawke’s Bay meant being involved in both the international and domestic red meat market and trade. Donald understands business and what's involved in being successful. He believes that long lasting relationships are paramount.
After extensive international travel and living in Australia for several years Donald knows there’s no place like New Zealand and no place like the Hawke’s Bay. He has a passion for the area and is proud to call Hawke’s Bay home.
