With over three decades of senior-level experience in the Hospitality and Tourism industry, I offer specialised expertise in the acquisition, operation, and divestment of accommodation and tourism-focused assets. My qualifications include a BA Hons in Hospitality Management & Tourism from the University of Strathclyde, complemented by a career spanning hotel management, quality assurance, education, and business ownership.
Notable roles include F&B Manager of the internationally acclaimed Huka Lodge and Franchise Director of Quest Rotorua Central, a purpose-built property that consistently achieved national recognition on TripAdvisor and sustained occupancy above 84% prior to its successful sale.
