With a background that spans agribusiness banking and hands-on farming, Blair brings both practical insight and financial expertise to every transaction.
Raised on Cross Hills — a 10,000-stock unit sheep and beef station near Pongaroa — Blair’s connection to the land runs deep. He’s also owned and operated a 240-cow dairy farm, giving him a solid understanding of the dairy, sheep, and beef sectors from the inside out. His 10 years in agribusiness banking, primarily across the Manawatū, have helped him develop strong ties within the rural professional and corporate sectors — connections that benefit his clients every day.
Blair’s knowledge of both the operational and economic drivers of rural land makes him a valuable advisor in any market. A proud father of two teenage boys, Blair is family-focused and community-minded. He’s actively involved in the Manawatū Referee’s Association and the Manawatū Marine Boating Club.
