Bart Gurbazar is the Business Development Manager for Property Brokers in the Selwyn District, based at Rolleston Square. With a strong background in international business and a genuine passion for people, Bart helps property owners maximise their investment while ensuring a smooth, positive experience for both clients and tenants.
As the first point of contact, Bart takes a thoughtful, honest approach to understanding client needs and guiding them through the property management process. He works closely with owners and the wider Property Brokers team to deliver tailored solutions, match quality tenants with great homes, and support long-term success.
Bart’s previous roles include leading a company in the mining communications sector and supporting trade initiatives through diplomatic channels—experience that’s sharpened his communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Now settled in Rolleston with his wife and four children, Bart is a proud local and an active community volunteer with the Rotary Club of Cashmere, supporting youth-focused initiatives such as RYLA and the annual Bookarama event.
He’s also a keen footballer, playing for Selwyn FC’s Masters team—bringing teamwork, discipline, and drive into everything he does.
