About Bart
Bart Gurbazar helps property owners in Canterbury grow and protect their investments while ensuring a smooth, positive property management experience. With experience across property, mining, agriculture, and ICT, ranging from his own joint venture to roles with a local bank, international NGO, and the Australian Embassy in Ulaanbaatar, he brings strong communication and relationship skills to every client.
Now based in Rolleston with his wife and four children, Bart is active in the community through the Rotary Club of Cashmere and enjoys playing football for Selwyn FC’s Masters team.
