About Avram
I have spent the last 23 years immersed in the world of wine. I have an in-depth understanding of the wine industry, and a special fondness for the agricultural side, both of which made venturing into Real Estate all the more exciting for me.
I am based in Hawkes Bay with my young family, and have had the opportunity to work in agricultural regions throughout the world. With my experience, I bring an excitement and passion to the viticulture, horticulture, and lifestyle Real Estate market.
A key point of difference in my approach is my deep understanding of sales & marketing, and the business supply chain. Operating with a ‘customer first’ attitude is paramount, and is of the utmost importance to me. I recognize that whether working with me on a vineyard, orchard or lifestyle property, the decisions made are of the highest importance, and it’s my job to ensure they’re made knowledgeably, with care, and attention to detail.
I studied World Languages and Cultures while still living in California, and am WSET Level II Certified. I re-located to New Zealand to be closer to family. I am a licensed salesperson with the REA, and never miss an opportunity to get outside and enjoy the sunny Hawke’s Bay.
