PB Sign is our own inhouse custom build digital signing solution.
PB Sign transforms how we handle important documents by making the signing process entirely digital. With PB Sign, you can legally sign documents from anywhere using your computer or mobile device—no printing, scanning, or mailing required. Your signature is secure, legally binding, and creates an audit trail showing exactly when and how the document was signed.
Beyond just capturing signatures, PB Sign automates the entire document journey. When multiple people need to sign, the system automatically routes documents in the correct order, notifies each person when it's their turn, and sends helpful reminders to those who haven't yet signed. This automation turns what used to be a days-long process of printing, signing, scanning, and emailing into a streamlined experience that takes just minutes to complete.
Step 1: Look for the highlighted Click to Signboxes, or use the Here buttons on the left to jump to each signing spot.
Step 2: Click the Next Signature button at the bottom of the screen to move through each signature field.
Step 3: Once all required fields are signed, a complete signing button will appear – click it to submit your form directly to Property Brokers.
The signer will need to get in touch with the Property Brokers salesperson or contact person.
