More power to you - Terms and Conditions

1. ^Free Power Prize Draw valid from Friday 21 October to Friday 25 November 2022 ("Prize Draw Period").
2. There are five prizes of $2,500 (to be credited to your existing power account) in total to give away ("Prize Draw").
3. The first Prize Draw winner drawn will receive a credit to their existing power account with a total value of NZ$2,500
4. An entry into the Prize Draw is automatic every time an appraisal is undertaken during the Prize Draw Period.
5. An entry is doubled every time an appraisal becomes a listing.
6. The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries at 240, Broadway Ave, Palmerston North, on 1 December 2022.
7. The Prize is not negotiable, non-transferable or redeemable for cash.
8. The Prize winners will be notified by phone/email by 2 December 2022.
9. To be eligible for the Prize, an appraisal must have been undertaken by the time the Prize Draw takes place.
10. Any appraisal that has been cancelled or suspended will be considered an ineligible entry into the Prize Draw.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to re-draw a prize if a winner cannot be contacted within five business days.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to extend, amend, suspend or terminate this offer and these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
13. If the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute an alternative equivalent prize without notice.
14. The Promoter is not liable for any failure (for whatever reason) to record an entry into the Prize Draw.
15. Any decisions made by the Promoter in relation to the Prize Draw are final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 
16. Entry into the Prize Draw is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
17. Acceptance of the Prize is deemed consent for the Promoter to use the winner's details for promotional and media purposes.
18. Employees of the Promoter are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
19. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury whatsoever, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, which is suffered or sustained arising out of or in connection with the Prize or Prize Draw.
20. The Promoter is not liable for any tax implications that may arise as a result of winning.
21. Where goods or services are supplied by third parties, the Promoter does not warrant the quality of such goods and/or services or their suitability. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify a consumer's rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
