3. Subject to the clauses below, entry is open to New Zealand property owners in any provincial location where Property Brokers operates (see locations here: https://www.propertybrokers.co.nz/contact), who have fulfilled the requirements set out below ('Eligible Entrants'). Eligible Entrants must book and complete a free onsite property or rental appraisal with Property Brokers within the Promotional Period.
4. The Promoter is Property Brokers Limited (the 'Promoter'). The Promoter's head office is located at 240 Broadway Avenue, Palmerston North Central, Palmerston North.
5. Employees of the Promoter are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
6. To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotional Period (defined below), book a free property or rental appraisal in a provincial location where Property Brokers operates.
7. A valid entry requires individuals to have the appraisal conducted onsite by Property Brokers before the campaign end date. Any appraisal that is cancelled or suspended will not be eligible for entry.
8. No purchase is necessary to enter. Completing a free appraisal is the only requirement.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw a prize if a winner cannot be contacted within five business days. The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to extend, amend, suspend or terminate this offer and these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
11. If any aspect of the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute an alternative prize of equivalent value.
12. The Promoter is not liable for any failure (for whatever reason) to record an entry into the Prize Draw.
13. Entry into the Prize Draw is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
14. One entry per completed appraisal per Eligible Entrant. If the property is listed for sale with Property Brokers during the Promotional Period, the Eligible Entrant will receive two additional entries. If the listed property goes unconditional during the Promotional Period, a further three entries will be added.
Open, Close, Draw and Publish Dates
15. The promotion commences at 9 am on Wednesday, 30 April 2025 and concludes at 11:59 pm on Friday, 14 June 2025 ('Promotional Period'). Entries must be received before the closing date.
16. One winner from each of Property Brokers' 15 regions will be selected at random on Friday, 20 June 2025. Winners will be contacted via phone or email no later than Wednesday, 18 June 2025.
17. The Promoter will ensure that all entries have an equal chance of winning a prize.

19. The total prize pool is valued at up to NZ$24,000. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
20. Acceptance of the prize is deemed consent for the Promoter to use the winner's name and image for promotional and media purposes.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant who provides false information or who seeks to gain an unfair advantage or manipulate the promotion.
Privacy Collection Statement
22. The Promoter collects personal information from all Entrants for the purposes of conducting this promotion and notifying winners. This information may be used by the Promoter in accordance with its privacy policy, available at https://www.propertybrokers.co.nz/privacy-policy.
23. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may publish any entries received.
24. By entering the promotion, winners agree to participate in promotional activities including interviews and photography. Winners grant the Promoter a royalty-free, perpetual licence to use such materials in all media formats.
25. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the prize except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical errors or omissions in connection with this promotion.
26. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality or suitability of any prizes offered.
