1. ^Free Groceries Prize Draw valid from Monday, 1 May to Sunday, 11 June 2023 ("Prize Draw Period").
2. There is one Prize in total to give away ("Prize Draw").
3. The first Prize Draw winner drawn will receive their choice of gift cards from either Countdown, PAK'nSAVE or New World to the total value of NZ$15,000
4. An entry into the Prize Draw is automatic every time an appraisal is undertaken (in locations where we currently operate) during the Prize Draw Period.
5. The winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries at 240, Broadway Ave, Palmerston North, on Tuesday, 13 June 2023.
6. The Prize is not negotiable, non-transferable or redeemable for cash.
7. The Prize winners will be notified by phone/email by Thursday, 15 June 2023.
8. To be eligible for the Prize, a property appraisal (in locations where we currently operate) must have been undertaken by Sunday, 11 June 2023.
9. Listing your property under a 90 Day Exclusive Agency agreement by Sunday, 11 June 2023, doubles your chances of winning.
10. Listing your property under a 90 Day Exclusive Agency agreement and selling by Sunday, 11 June 2023, triples your chances of winning.
11. Any appraisal/listing that has been cancelled or suspended will be considered an ineligible entry into the Prize Draw.
12. If a winner cannot be contacted within five business days, Property Brokers Ltd., ("the Promoter"), reserves the right to re-draw a prize.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to extend, amend, suspend, or terminate this offer and these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
14. If, for any reason, the Prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute an alternative equivalent prize without notice.
15. The Promoter is not liable for any failure (for whatever reason) to record an entry into the Prize Draw.
16. Any decisions made by the Promoter in relation to the Prize Draw are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. Entry into the Prize Draw is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
18. Acceptance of the Prize is deemed consent for the Promoter to use the winner's details for promotional and media purposes.
19. Employees of the Promoter are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
20. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury whatsoever, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, which is suffered or sustained arising out of or in connection with the Prize or Prize Draw.
21. Where goods or services are supplied by third parties, the Promoter does not warrant the quality of such goods and/or services or their suitability. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify a consumer's rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
