Client Appreciation Week - Terms and Conditions

Client Appreciation Week Prize Draw valid from Monday, 15 July to Friday, 19 July 2024 ("Prize Draw Period"). 

1.     The value of prizes given away in the week of 15th July will total $10,000 ("Prize Draw"). 

2.     An entry into the Prize Draw is automatic for every Property Brokers client (over the last ten years) during the Prize Draw Period. 

3.     The winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries at 240 Broadway Ave, Palmerston North, during the week of 15 July 2023. 

4.     The prizes are not negotiable and non-transferable. 

5.     The Prize winners will be notified by phone/email/messenger in the week of 15 July 2023. 

6.     To be eligible for the Prizes, you must be a current or past Property Brokers client by the time the Prize Draw takes place. 

7.     Any appraisal that has been cancelled or suspended will be considered an ineligible entry into the Prize Draw. 

8.     The Promoter reserves the right to re-draw a prize if a winner cannot be contacted within five business days. 

9.     The Promoter reserves the right to extend, amend, suspend or terminate this offer and these terms and conditions at any time without notice. 

10.  If, for any reason the prizes become unavailable, the Promoter may substitute an alternative equivalent prize without notice. 

11.  The Promoter is not liable for any failure (for whatever reason) to record an entry into the Prize Draw. 

12.  Any decisions made by the Promoter in relation to the Prize Draw are final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

13.  Entry into the Prize Draw is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. 

14.  Acceptance of the Prize is deemed consent for the Promoter to use the winner's details for promotional and media purposes, including social platforms. 

15.  Employees of the Promoter are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw. 

16.  Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury whatsoever, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, which is suffered or sustained arising out of or in connection with the Prize or Prize Draw. 

17.  Where goods or services are supplied by third parties, the Promoter does not warrant the quality of such goods and/or services or their suitability. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify a consumer's rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. 

18.  Suppliers' terms and conditions apply, where applicable.

Client Appreciation Week Spot Prizes valid from 15th July to 19th July 2024 (“Prize Draw Period”). 

1.     The spot prizes will be given away the week the winner of each prize is announced. For example, the Winners will be announced on the 22nd and the draw period for the same spot prize will run for one week from 15th July to 19th July 2024.  

2.     The spot prize winner must tag a friend or family member by commenting on the relevant Property Brokers branch page on which the spot prize is announced.  

3.     To qualify as an entry, the winner must like the social prize post and tag a mate. 

4.     The winner will be notified by phone/email/messenger by the 22nd of July. Refer to the first point. This date will be staggered based on when the spot prize is first advertised.  

5.     The winner will need to collect the prize from the closest Property Brokers branch that the winner commented on.  

6.     Where goods or services are supplied by third parties, the Promoter does not warrant the quality of such goods and/or services or their suitability. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify a consumer's rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
