About Michelle
Michelle's experience with property goes back to 1998 when she started her career as a Real Estate Agent in the Waimakariri district: Rangiora. What she enjoyed about her very successful career most of all was matching people to property and having satisfied clients and customers. When Michelle left that district at the end of 2021 to live in the Timaru district, she chose to also finish up in sales. To keep her finger in the pie of real estate activity, Michelle felt the next best step was to enter into Property management. Here her communication, her efficiency and attention to detail plus her negotiation skills could still be used within the myriad of personalities that come under the banner of property management . By keeping up with the latest legislation; working well together with the Property Management Team, and in addition, a genuine like of people, you can be sure of commitment and maturity when you employ Michelle as your Property Manager.
Michelle specialises in South Timaru, Temuka and Geraldine areas.
