Murray Young


Born and raised in Ashburton, Urban Consultant Murray Young has been working in real estate since 1985 after having worked for local transport company McCormick’s Ltd and then with Stock & Station Company Dalgetys for 3 years.

Murray became an Associate member of the Real Estate Institute in 1991.

Murray combines his extensive knowledge of Ashburton’s urban real estate market with a caring positive and ethical attitude providing his clients accurate information so decisions can be made with confidence.

He also appreciates that the buying and selling of property can be a stressful process and works closely with vendors, purchasers and fellow professionals to ensure the process runs as smoothly as possible.

Murray is married to Robyn, and has three children and two grandchildren. He is a keen follower of most sports, and maintains a healthy balance between work and his other interests.
