Terms & Conditions:

1. Promotion Overview:

The 'Win a Musterer & Me - Historic Hilltop Hideaway Escape' promotion is organized by Property Brokers Limited (hereafter referred to as the "Promoter," "we," or "our") with the support of FMG Ltd.

2. Promotion Period:

The promotion will be in effect from the 15th of November to the 26th of November 2023, herein referred to as the "promotional period."

3. Eligibility:

This promotion is open to all property owners located throughout provincial New Zealand.

4. Entry Criteria:

To be eligible to enter the promotion, participants must:

  • Scan the provided QR code at both the Property Brokers and FMG sites.
  • Complete the competition form at both the Property Brokers and FMG sites.  

5. Prize Pool:

The total prize pool for this promotion is limited to one reward, consisting of a 2-night stay at The Musterer & Me - Historic Hilltop Hideaway.

6. Award Date:

Travel vouchers for the prize will be awarded on the 28th of November 2023.

7. Consent and Data Usage:

By participating, every entrant consents and agrees to the following:

  • All information they provide will be collected, stored, and transmitted to the Promoter.
  • The information mentioned in clause 7(a) may be entered into the Promoter's database and may be used to send offers that the Promoter believes may be of interest. Entrants may choose not to receive these materials by unsubscribing via email or any other method provided.

8. FMG Contact:

Any participant who consents to FMG contact will have their information forwarded to the FMG team for communication purposes.

9. Promoter's Rights:

The Promoter reserves the right to:

  • End the promotion at any time.
  • Postpone or cancel the Promotion.
  • Amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time.

10. Final Decision:

The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the Promoter's decisions.

11. Governing Laws:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
