Terms & Conditions:

Prize draw - $500 (including GST) contribution towards the total costs of either one (1) written technical inspection report by a qualified technical specialist or up to $500 towards Lawyers' fees for the purchase of a property in the Horowhenua only.  

The prize draw is subject to the following conditions; 

1. The eligible entrant(s) are solely responsible for any outstanding costs over and above the prize draw total value of $500.  
2. The entrant(s) must attend all three sessions (for the full duration of each session) of the boot camp seminars held on 6th, 13th and 16th of March 2024.  
3. The prize must be claimed before 30 March 2025.  
4. The prize draw of $500 is not transferable.  
5. The prize will be drawn under supervision. All valid prize entrants must be present in person at the prize draw to be eligible. The prize will be redrawn if the winning entrant is absent at the draw.  
6. The prize draw date and time is 6:45 pm on 16th March 2024.  
7. The entrant(s) agrees to have their photograph and name used for publicity purposes.  
8. This competition is not run in conjunction with any other offers, and entry criteria are at the event organisers' sole discretion.  
9. The prize will only be paid directly to the service provider the winner selects. The winner must notify the event organisers of the name of their selected service provider three working days before claiming the prize. The selected service provider must provide written confirmation that they are and have provided the service to the winner before payment is made. The service provider must supply the event organisers with a tax invoice to the value of $500. 

Purchase a property with Teresa and Mark and receive a Prezzy card to the value of $1,000 

Eligible entrant(s) will receive one (1) $1,000 Prezzy card subject to the following conditions: 

1. The entrant(s) enters into a sale and purchase agreement to purchase a property with either/or Teresa Haley or Mark Jorgensen (the event organisers) as Selling agent, Property Brokers, Levin. This agreement becomes unconditional on or before 30 March 2025.   
2. The entrant must attend all three sessions (for the full duration of each session) held 6th, 13th and 16th March 2024.  
3. The Prezzy Card will be given to the entrant(s) upon the settlement date detailed on the sale and purchase agreement or no later than five working days following the settlement date.  
4. The $1,000 Prezzy card is not transferable.    
5. The entrant agrees to have their photograph and name used for publicity purposes.  
6. This competition is not run in conjunction with any other offers, and entry criteria is at the sole discretion of the event organisers.  
7. Only one $1,000 Prezzy card is payable by the event organisers per Sale and Purchase agreement, even if multiple entrants are named on the Sale and Purchase agreement. The one Prezzy card will be presented to the first entrant named as Purchaser on the Sale and Purchase agreement.
