Kate Looney

Kate joined Property Brokers bringing with her an extensive understanding of the commercial property market in the Manawatu. Having completed a BBS in property Management at Massey University, Kate headed off overseas. Based in the UK she travelled extensively throughout Europe. Working as temp initially and then as an IT contractor, contracting for companies such as Lombard Motor Finance, ABB Lommus Global, Pfizer, Virgin Atlantic Airways and Sanofi Pharmaceuticals.

Returning to her home town Palmerston North in 2002 after 15 years abroad to start a family.

In 2015 Kate teamed up with her father Dave selling and leasing various high profile properties around the Manawatu. Kate has proven that by treating all her clients with courtesy, manners and respect, she can bring an energetic and considered service to her clients. Kate’s professional and focused approach coupled with her proactive manner means she is a great asset to the Property Brokers Commercial team.
