About Leighton

As a born and bred local I have always been a strong advocate for my home town of Whanganui. I have a Bachelor of Business Studies majoring in Valuation and Property Management with over 20 years of international property experience managing portfolios throughout New Zealand, the United Kingdom but most importantly, Whanganui. By combining my passion for Whanganui with my property experience, I am well positioned to support your real estate aspirations. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with the wife and our two young girls. During winter you will find me at Wembley Park coaching my girls football teams in the morning and then assisting Athletic Football Club managing the bar in the afternoon. In a voluntary capacity I have also Chaired the Whanganui NZ Masters Games Trust for the 2019 and 2021 Games held in Whanganui, and I am looking forward to remaining involved for 2023 event.
